By accessing or using ERPArtist services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of our services.
01 Acceptance of Terms
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the ERPArtist website (erpartists.com) and all related services, including Odoo addons, development services, consulting, and support. By using our services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal authority to agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself or your organization.
02 Our Services
ERPArtist provides:
- Odoo addons and modules (sold as digital products)
- Custom Odoo development services
- Odoo implementation, consultancy, training, and migration
- AI integration services
- Ongoing Odoo hosting and support plans
The scope of each engagement is defined in a separate Statement of Work (SOW) or order confirmation.
03 License & Intellectual Property
All ERPArtist Odoo addons are licensed under the LGPL-3 license unless explicitly stated otherwise. Upon purchase, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the addon within your licensed Odoo instance(s).
Custom code developed exclusively for your project becomes your property upon full payment. ERPArtist retains the right to use generic techniques and non-proprietary code in other projects.
04 Payment Terms
- All addon purchases are processed immediately upon order confirmation.
- For service engagements, 50% advance payment is required before work begins.
- The remaining 50% is due upon project delivery or as per agreed milestones.
- All prices are in USD unless otherwise stated. Applicable taxes (GST/VAT) are added at checkout.
- Overdue invoices may incur a late fee of 2% per month.
05 Refund Policy
- Addons: Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase if the addon does not function as described. We will first attempt to fix the issue.
- Services: Advance payments for service engagements are non-refundable once work has commenced. If we fail to deliver agreed milestones, a proportional refund will be considered.
- Subscriptions: Monthly plans can be cancelled anytime. No prorated refunds for the current billing period.
06 Support & Maintenance
ERPArtist provides bug-fix support for all addons for 90 days after purchase. Extended support is available via our support plans. Response times: Critical issues within 24 hours, standard issues within 3 business days.
07 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ERPArtist's total liability to you shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including data loss, business interruption, or loss of revenue.
08 Prohibited Use
You agree not to use our services to:
- Violate any applicable law or regulation
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with our software
- Distribute malware or engage in fraudulent activities
- Infringe upon the intellectual property rights of ERPArtist or third parties
09 Termination
ERPArtist reserves the right to terminate or suspend access to our services at its sole discretion, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, ERPArtist, or third parties.
10 Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Surat, Gujarat, India.
11 Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
