Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

When you use the ERP Artists website and services you are saying that you agree to follow these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with them then you should not use the ERP Artists services.

2. The Services We Provide

ERP Artists does a lot of things for you like setting up Odoo developing it giving advice, training, supporting, hosting and integrating Artificial Intelligence. What we will do, what you will get, when it will be done and how much it will cost are all written down in an agreement for each project.

3. Paying For The Services

How and when you pay is written down in each project agreement. Usually you pay half of the money when we start and half when we finish unless we agree to something in writing. If you pay late you might have to pay interest, which is 8 percent more than the base rate of the Bank of England.

4. Who Owns What

When you pay for everything you own all the code that we made just for you. ERP Artists still owns the way we do things the tools we use and the parts that can be used again. If we use open-source modules they still follow their rules.

5. What Happens If Something Goes Wrong

If something goes wrong with the ERP Artists services we are only responsible for paying back the money you paid for that project. We are not responsible for kinds of damage like if you lose money because of something we did.

6. Keeping Secrets

Both you and ERP Artists have to keep secret any information that's not public that we share while we are working together. We have to keep these secrets for 3 years even after we stop working

7. The Law

These terms follow the laws of England and Wales. If there is a problem we will go to court in England and Wales to resolve it.
